Return & Refund Policy
Customers may request a return within 5 days after delivery.
To request return instructions, contact Veni Vici at venivici.store@icloud.com within that period.
Returned merchandise must be unworn, unused, and undamaged, with original tags attached and original packaging included.
Eligible returns are issued as store credit after the returned item is received and inspected. Items that do not meet the return requirements may be declined.
Customers are responsible for return-shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and keeping proof of shipment.
Nothing in this policy limits rights provided by applicable law.
