Standard Shipping (3-5 business days) is complementary with any purchase order over $100. Orders under $100 will be charged $7.95

Express Shipping 2 business days is $15.00

Next Day Shipping 1 business day is $20.00

You can request a return for any item purchased on Online Store within 5 days of the delivery date. All returns will be processed as a store credit that can be reused for purchase online.

Returned items must comply with our Return Policy:

• They must be returned unworn, undamaged and unused, with all tags attached and the original packaging included

• If you wish to return a pair of shoes, please return them inside their original box

• The purchase was done online or from Veni Vici location or

• Less than 10 days have passed since the courier delivered the order

If all the above conditions are met, simply click return button after you have received the package and if you are not registered, fill in the online Return Form.

Returns are verified and processed within 3 business days from when they are received.

Online returns are usually accepted within 3 business days upon receipt to our store.

These 3 days are necessary to check that the items meet our Return Policy conditions. Should your return not meet these conditions, the items will be sent back to you.

All returns will be processed as a store credit that can be reused for purchase in store or online.
